01

Separate residence, destination and test location

Your country of residence, the institution’s country and your testing location are three different pieces of information. Provider availability and identification rules may depend on the actual testing arrangement. Record all three before seeking guidance. Do not assume that information for a domestic applicant or a different country automatically applies to you.

02

Check current availability through the provider

Test delivery options can change. Use the official registration portal and candidate notices for the chosen product rather than relying on a general promise of worldwide availability. If a provider cannot offer your intended location or format, ask about its official alternatives. We do not promise access to a place or product that the provider has not made available.

03

Prepare a multilingual question

Use English, Turkish or Russian to describe your goal, exact exam and unresolved question. Keep the official exam name in the message even when discussing it in another language. Do not attach sensitive documents or credentials. A clear question helps distinguish a translation issue from an actual registration requirement and gives the next conversation a useful starting point.

04

Create one consistent candidate identity record

Cross-border planning can involve several languages, transliterations and account systems. Compare the candidate name in the identity document, examination account and receiving application before booking. If a mismatch exists, use the official correction route rather than creating a second account or assuming staff will overlook it. Keep the required identification available and read the provider’s rules for your actual testing location. A translated planning note can help communication, but it should not silently change the legal name in an official record. Share only the minimum necessary information through verified support channels, and retain the correction confirmation.

05

Build an enquiry that survives a language switch

Keep official examination names and reference labels unchanged when translating a planning question. State the goal, recipient, intended location and unresolved issue in short sentences. For example, ask whether a named product and format meet a specified programme requirement rather than asking whether “the exam” is valid everywhere. Attach the official requirement link instead of forwarding an unrelated personal document. Our EN, TR and RU pages preserve the same catalogue and section structure so you can discuss the same pathway in your preferred language. Institutional policies and individual eligibility still need confirmation from the responsible organisation.
